Spring is almost here, the first flowers appear and finally the sun is shining longer again every day.
It almost reminds me of summer – and of fruity, delicious ice cream.
I know, it’s still only March, and it’s still a while until summer’s here, but I think that a good icercream is always ok, no matter what temperature it is outside…
Here’s one one of my favorite recipes for ice cream. I’ve tried it out in several combinations but I always came back to this one:
Vegan Mango-Banana-Coconut icecream
Recipe for 2
- 1 banana
- 250g frozen mago-pieces
- 100ml oat milk or almond milk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- some agave syrup
- a pinch of cinnamon
- a pinch of sea salt
Berries / coconut flakes / nuts as decoration
How you make it
Blend all the ingredients together in a mixer and add some more oat milk if needed.
Put the cream in two bowls. That’s it!
