A little snack for an energy boost

Lack of energy? Tired? Lazy?
Want to get a little vegan energy boost?

Next time you have a deep craving for an uplift, try this little snack instead of chocolate… :)

 

Matcha Banana Drink

What you need for 1 shake
– 1 banana
– 1 tablespoon coarse almond butter
– 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
– 1 teaspoon matcha
– 300ml almond milk, oat milk or coconut milk
– a pinch of cinnamon
– a pinch of sea salt
– a few drops agave syrup

Blend all the ingredients with a mixer and enjoy!
You can also try different fruits instead of banana or even a combination of some. I love adding a few strawberries to the mix!


Lemon Juice for cold days – Hot version

What you need for 1 glass
– 1/2 lemon
– hot water
– 1 small piece grated ginger
– a few drops agave sirup


 Lemon Juice as a refresher – Cold version

What you need for 1 glass
– 1/2 lemon
– cold mineral water
– a few drops agave sirup
– 1 teaspoon chia seeds


Eat some fruits, no matter what kind. I often love combining berries with kiwis and bananas.
